Having been cooking at home for over 20 years now on an almost daily basis, I've found myself learning many skills and dabbling in many different dishes over various types of cuisines, ethnic and otherwise. Now I thought it would be a good idea to reach out to other cooks to see if we can share our experiences in order to brag about successes, console on disappointments, trade tips and secrets, and see what kind of collective intelligence we can come up with here.
